Standalone Video Recs

Videos I enjoy from channels that don't consistently involve airports in their content. (Sorted roughly in order of how strongly I recommend them.)

The icon. The classic. The already-on-this-site's-homepage-song. I heard this for the first time and felt more seen than I ever had before. I think my favorite line is "It's 10:24 in an unusual timezone, and I'm feeling fine in an unusual way".

Vid from a super underrated creator covering one of my favorite airport topics: weird art fixtures.

The vid from my "About" page! So many Backrooms videos are 3D-modeled, which is also admirable, but I love the use of real footage here.

On that note... this video's pretty neat as well! Definitely more conventional, but all the environments look great!

Tangential to the physical terminal, but seeing as airport food is a huge aspect of the passenger experience, I'm still invested.

Does this really have any correlation to real airports? No. Do I watch it once or twice a year? Yep.

I had to wrack my brain to remember the name of this channel, because this video wasn't showing up on any searches. Rewatched it for the first time in a while while adding it here. Again, nothing to do with actual airports, but just related enough to earn a place on this site.

An admirable feat.

This content creator isn't really my favorite (and I'm pretty sure that thumbnail uses AI bullshit), but the video concept is right up my alley and the execution is alright.

Selected videos from channels I recommend for more similar content as a whole!

This kind of thing is my dream. While I'll probably never be taking the influencer route, I do hope to be able to go on similar hub-hopping sprees. This channel does a lot of similar transit-related content, but I, of course, mostly focus the airports.

A very similar channel to the above, with perhaps a bit more focus on the actual travel, rather than what's happening on the ground.

More on the technical side, but with a bit of extra whimsy infused into it by its medium being Minecraft. I also like the breakdowns this channel does critiquing airport builds that are sent in.
